I'd say these shoes are true to size, but are very narrow. After wearing them for 2 games they have loosened up nicely.
This is my first new pair of bowling shoes in 20 years. I was nervous, but comfortable in them after the 2nd game. I wear a size 8 - 8.5 typically. I ordered an 8. I can scoot my foot up a little and fit my fingers behind my heel. I know they'll stretch out some, so I think a 7.5 would be better. The laces don't come up as far as a normal shoe, but so far it hasn't bothered me. They are comfortable and look nice - and I didn't fall on my face! I'm going to order a 7.5 and try to sell the 8 on marketplace!
