The Nike Men's PG 4 Clippers shoes offer a host of features that make them suitable for serious basketball players. Their circular traction pattern provides excellent grip on various surfaces, ensuring you can make those quick cuts and directional changes without slipping. The outsole's cutout that exposes the Air unit not only adds to the aesthetic appeal but also contributes to the shoe's lightweight feel.
One standout feature is the ultralightweight footbed made with Nike Air, which runs the entire length of the shoe. This technology creates a near-instantaneous feeling of responsiveness, making it easier to react during gameplay. The input from your feet translates into better performance on the court, giving you that extra edge when needed.
The low-cut design paired with a full bootie construction allows for an easy entry while maintaining a snug fit. This combination ensures maximum comfort, easing the initial struggles some might have with putting on athletic footwear. Additionally, the internal webbing system secures your foot in place, enhancing stability as you navigate the court.
Despite the numerous advantages, it’s worth noting that there may be a short break-in period for these shoes, as they might feel stiff initially. Moreover, players who prefer more ankle support may find the low-cut collar lacking in that department. However, if you're someone who values agility and speed over additional ankle support, these shoes will serve you well.

I tried lacing these up, but found them a bit tight and bulky when doing so. Then, I tried taking out the laces to make them 100% zip-up, and they immediately became my default shoes. I wear them with every outfit (sometimes with no outfit, because I have to protect my feet against LEGOs when locking the house down in the middle of the night). They’re comfortable, lighter than any other basketball shoes I’ve owned, look fantastic, and are just generally great shoes. I hope they’re still in production when my fat butt (5’6”, 260) finally wears them out so I can get some more.
I ordered two pairs of Nikes on the same day, in the size my son normally wears. One pair fit fine, but these were at least a size too small. It's a good looking shoe, but order up in size.
Way too tight even for my sons narrow foot. Even tried ordering 3 sizes too big. My 9yo can wear them at least. Sending the 2nd pair I ordered back.
I ordered the Nike PG4 basketball shoe for my 16-yr old son. After receiving the shoes, we both felt like they had excellent construction. But if you have wide feet to any degree, you may have problems with these shoes. The interior construction, with the internal lacing & zipper front, is very crowded. My son is in a size 10 for every other pair of shoes he uses currently, and based on other comments & reviews we ordered size 11 in this model. To put it bluntly, these didn't even come close to working for him, mainly on width, but also related to all of the "extra" materials that are inside this shoe. I know it's not possible for online purchases, but w/ this particular shoe I would strongly advise trying them on before purchasing if possible.
Middle school son really likes the PG shoe line. This pair can be used without shoestrings so he likes that. They offer good grip on the court and look great.
These shoes are pretty cool, they go well with my black n red street attire, black jeans and white as well. They have a very comfortable fit. Eventually after much wear I will begin to hoop in these joints.
Bought then returned. My size is 7.5. And I tried size 7.5 then size 8.0 and it is still small. The design is unusual — fasten tongue, which makes it harder to be worn. And the zipper is not necessary. I think Nike wants to put more fashion factors onto these shoes but that may be too redundant.
This shoe is a "shoe stopper". It's design and comfort are remarkable.
