Very comfortable, but quite heavy, and not flexible
I have a borderline wide foot, half the time I need a wide width, but this boot fit with adjusting the laces. If you are a true wide this is not for you.I got the chestnut color, which is beautiful water resistant suede. And the bonus is this is sherpa lined. Love this boot.
Comfy and warm...I almost want to sleep in these. I have to remember to take them off. Very comfortable shoe.
I bought a very similar looking pair for shoes a few years back, and I’ve been looking for a replacement doppelgänger shoe. I would recommend wearing socks that are on the thinner side with these or else it might be uncomfortable. I see other people complain about the weight and the flexibility of these shoes, but that’s what make these shoes good quality. The shoes I needed to replace actually split on the sole because of their flexibility, so I know that the lack of flexibility for these shoes are actually a good thing. Yes, they are on the heavy side….but in my opinion the other positive qualities of the shoe makes me not care about this like the look of the shoe, soft lining, comfortable, and waterproof.
These boots fit well and are true to size. They are warm. They do pinch my toes just a bit, but that could lessen as the fleece lining mats down. My major issue is that the insole on the left boot has a crimp/crease right on the arch, which is uncomfortable on the arch of my foot. It's a flaw in construction, but not worth returning the boots over. So I am wearing them because they are so cute.
These boots were very nice quality. They boot itself was too large in circumference. With laces tightened as far as possible, my foot was not secure and slid around inside the shoe. It would probably take 3 pairs of thick socks to keep my feet from sliding around. The length was true to size.The sole is rigid and not flexible. However, it is high quality rubber and would be a good choice for heavy duty use. It's much heavier than other boots I own. For these reasons, I returned mine.
I love the way these boots look but they were super rigid and tight and i had to return them. I also think my feet would be too hot in them.
