I just got these today. The were delivered by Priority Mail, much to my surprise. Also, they were delivered to me several days earlier than expected. The color navy is just a shade lighter than shown online much to my shock. Because of some of the comments in the reviews I was worried that they'd be more of a royal blue not a navy blue. The fit is just fine. The shoes are little stiff, though. Which I expect will be solved once they are broken in. I am very pleased with the customer service, the fit of the shoes, the price and the customer service. Because of the above comments I recommend these highly.
These shoes were exactly what I was looking for. I started out with a different brand that did not fit my foot well. These shoes were a great fit, high-quality materials and they look great with my casual wardrobe. I sprayed the suede to protect them; I think they will last for years.
Just not too keen with the color but like the style
I bought these for my wife, a second pair in different colors. I know, not very romantic, but she suffers from painful neuropathy. These are the most comfortable boots she has, with plenty of support and they really look quite nice with pants, jeans or even a skirt. I would highly recommend them, especially when on sale.

3stars for sole comfort, 5stars for wide width comfort, 5 stars for beauty. I waited a year for these shoes to be back in stock. I ordered a 9.5 in wide width. They were comfy from the beginning EXCEPT THERES NO padding inside on the sole. I already expected this and so I already placed orthotic half soles in these shoes but there's apparently no padding inside across the ball of the foot area. Like zero. So I'll add a gel pad and that should make them much better. Otherwise I think they are nicely made, and worth what I paid.
They are lovely, confortable and fit well
I finally found a boot that was wide enough for my bunions. Actual leather that could be stretched, but not needed for these. I just needed to add my orthotics and was good to go.
