These are close to being a good boot, but not quite there. I ordered these in my usual boot size of 6.5, and they were a little tight in the toes. The heel is also a weird shape...it's a block heel but also tapered, so it doesn't feel very stable. Finally, while I was specifically looking for a snug, secure mid-calf height (I have very narrow ankles), I found that they are not very flexible. That, combined with the high heel height, meant I felt like a Barbie with my legs stuck in a weird downward position. Sadly, they are going back, even though they look great.
