Walking and exercise
Nice pair of shoes. Comfortable and fitperfectly. You will definitely not be making a fashion statement but at my age that's not important to me.

These are great for arch support, and comfort, ecspecially if you are on your feet for long periods of time. If you have problem with your feet like neuropathy, or plantar facetious these bring some relief bc of all the extra padding but they are not a complete solution. However I would recommend them to help relieve the stress on one's feet from long hours on your feet. After 8 to 10 hours of running around a box store all day putting away merchandise or shopping for others these shoes have prevented my feet from getting worse. And I do not go home hurting quite as bad as before. This is my fourth pair. They last quite a while, also. I usually wear the inside arch support out before I wear out any other part of the shoe.
Breathable, good looking, with fairly good arch support. Only knock is that it’s slightly smaller than expected but still acceptable on fit. Worth your money.

I'm now on a second pair of these. The first pair has been around for 3 years now, having dealt with being on the feet of a teacher for a year and then being downgraded to yard duties. Beimg they lasted longer than the other pair I bought i came back to these. Great arch support, long lasting, nice style, just an all around good shoe.
