They're very comfortable and look great with anything. They're also very stylish and I get compliments on them every time I wear them! I did have to return my first pair, though, and get a half size bigger.
Favorite pair of booties. The color goes with it everything. No issues with the size at all, wear an 8, bought an 8 and they fir spot on - just don't plan to wear thick socks - might feel tight first wear, but like all leather, fits great after broken in.
Loved the look! However, these ran really small. I ordered a size larger than usual and they were still too narrow for my wider foot.I usually wear a 9; I ordered a 10, and had to return them.
So uncomfortable. I knew right when I put them on they had to go back. Would not recommend.

I own several pairs of Bed Stü boots so I was excited to try Roan. I was hoping to get the same quality but with a friendlier price point. I was disappointed with these boots. The overall look, stitching and soles did not disappoint and they were just as cute as in the photo. But one of the inside liners was permanently wrinkled and made the insole annoyingly uncomfortable. It seemed it was either glued in place that way or, more likely, was wrinkled by a previous person trying to get their foot in the very tight instep. I am normally a size 7.5. Since I have other Bed Stü boots I knew to go up a size and purchased these in an 8.5. The length was good, maybe even a tad long. But the boot was so tight I had to struggle to get my narrow foot into it. The zipper on the outside ankle of the boot is purely decorative and doesn't work. It might've helped had this been a real zipper, like the one on the inside ankle. Perhaps then I could've gotten my foot in without a wrenching struggle. I thought, perhaps, once I slid past the instep the boot would feel better but no such luck. It was uncommonly tight across the top of my foot and the wrinkled insole felt awful, as if I was wearing a bunched up sock. I have somewhat narrow feet so I would not recommend these boots unless you have a VERY narrow foot. They are pretty and seemed to be well constructed other than the wrinkled insole but again, the sizing is strangely narrow.
Love the style but sizing was very small, recommend to size up at least a half if not more!
If you have narrow feet, these are not for you. I purchased my normal size and when I walk, my heel slips out...one half size down does the same. (I found it at a local store in another color and tried it) I did like the look so I am using inserts and wearing thicker socks.
