My initial star was 5 for these boots because they are very comfortable and they do keep your feet warm, but after wearing them a few times , there was a sharp metal structure that was inside the boot, by the ankle area, it kept rubbing on my skin and was cutting me little by little . I got my mom the same pair and it happened to her first because she was walking with them a lot more then me. At first when she told me, I was surprised until i felt that spot with my finger and felt the sharpness and then a few days later it happened with my pair. I called amazon, their customer service is great , they said they would pull these boots since they seem to be defected and to send our pairs back. I see now there is another seller for these boots, please be aware because I'm just not sure another seller would work with you like Amazon would if you get the same issue as us !
Nice boots, comfy and warm. I like that they're waterproof. Only thing I'm not a fan of is they don't have enough arch support for plantar fasciitis. The insoles are removable, though, so I can put in one that works better for me.
I didn't know what to expect when I ordered my Propet shoes. I just know I needed a wide shoe with support; however, I am amazed at the comfort and durability.
