I have a size 11 narrow, these fit me comfortably, I personally have to tie the laces a little tighter than normal, but otherwise love these boots and they keep my feet warm and dry.
So comfortable with no time needed to break in, truly waterproof. Look cute with jeans and leggings to dress up for a day at a pumpkin patch or comb the beach looking for pretty rocks. Iv worn these to the beach, in the desert, in 10 degree weather and 80 degree and I have loved them every time I have worn them.
They were comfortable to wear most of the day at work (school teacher), but the tongue kept sliding around and didn’t stay upright. Cute on though.
I actually really like the boots despite the title of the review. I say this because I’ve have them for a month and there’s still glue on the top of the boot connecting the toe to the lace up part. It won’t come off. I’ve tried water and a little goo gone but nothing works. I’m scared to useother products because I don’t want to ruin the look of the shoes. I have a dog and dog hair just gets stuck to the glue. It’s only on the left foot. I wouldn’t buy from this brand again.*updated review a month later* now the insoles have been destroyed due to wear. I walk in these shoes almost everyday and the insoles have completely fallen apart the day after my return window closed. Don’t buy from this brand or this seller
I normally wear a size 8/8.5 but I wanted to wear a heavy sock so I ordered a 9. I probably could have stuck to the 8.5 however, they don't feel too big. I can imagine if someone had a wide foot, they might feel tight around the ball of your foot but they fit me well. The leather is very soft and nice. I have worn them 3 days in a row and no issues. I love the bottom of the boot - it's quite when walking and not clunky. Overall, the boots are pretty light which makes walking easy and comfortable. My feet are staying warm during cold temperatures. Overall, I recommend them!
I was nervous when I first put them on because they seemed tight around the heel. But I wore them around the house for a little bit and they loosened right up. You can tell the quality is good and the boot itself is definitely stylish. Just what I needed for the winter. I own another pair of kamik brand boots and they’ve held up great and are good quality as well. That’s why I went with this brand. I’m Now considering the taller version of these as well but I really should save my money.
Not sure why the reviews said to size up. It runs big, especially compared to Kamik rain boots. Normally a 7 in boots, 7.5 in running shoes or heels, but a 7.5 in this is way too wide, and too long. 7 would have been fine. Minimal support. Not a bad boot, but not for me.
I have a wider foot and initially thought these were going to be a bit snug across the forefoot, but they broke in quickly just wearing them around the house. I took my dog on a 3-mile walk the first day and have walked her in them every day since. I regularly walk through wet grass and puddles and my feet stay completely dry. It has been down to 25 F and I have yet to get cold toes, which is unusual for me. The heel can feel a bit loose if I don't tie them up tightly or wear thin socks, but it hasn't felt chafing or unstable. I can run short distances in them with no issues. Side zipper makes for easy on/off, even if I'm lazy and don't untie. Some have commented on the construction of the sole, but that is part of what makes them lightweight and shock-absorbent. I get lots of compliments on the style. Like them so much, I just ordered the full boot version.
