I ordered a size 7. It was too big....more like a size 8
I bought these boots to put on quickly and go when I have to go into town. I am most comfortable in my barn boots but due to bird flu cannot wear my barn boots into town anymore. These are a good alternative, they are just as comfy.
Love the boot but make sure you order AT LEAST two sizes smaller than you would normally! I’m an 8.5 and they fit like a 10 even with inserts. Placed another order for a 7 and they’re still huge. Great boot though otherwise
tldr: Like I said, they were way fuglier than expected.Pros:-shipping was fast (2 days)-box they came in was promisingCons:-the color was different than in the picture. The photo showed a lovely warm brown, but the actual boots were like a literally fecal matter color. I was horrified.-the top of the boots were scratched like they had seen some shit (or looked in a mirror)-the footbed was superrrrrrrr wide like holy cow-I did order a size 9.5 (I usually wear 9) to allow room for thick socks. 2 sock layers later and it still wasn't happening.- they felt REALLY heavy. Almost heavier than the disappointment i had in myself for thinking a cheap pair of boots from Amazon could look chic. Geez.Literally can't give these the boot fast enough.
I have a very wide foot so I ordered an 8 as I am usually an 7 1/2 - 8 wide. I could have gone down a size. I was hesitant because none of the reviewers have wide feet. I am gonna still keep then and just wear socks. Also they are lined so if your feet sweat or get hot may not be for you.
they are JBU they should be wonderful but,run a little big I wear a true 7w in good brand shoes. occasionally 7 regular fit. but I do have a wider foot with extreme high top if my foot (hope that makes sense) and low ankle bones. the sides of many shoes are too high and rub on my ankle bone. JBUs fit.I wanted these water proof boots for walking in the woods, working in the garden, and every day rain where the puddles are ridiculously big, you know days where you step on the grass only to find six inched of water and mud under there.the inside was very roomy. the length was long. the boot was very easy to get on. the green color was perfect, I love green green.if I was wearing these in winter I would have kept them.I would have ordered these in a 6 1/2 and would have been drilled to have them BUT, BIG BUT these boots flop around on your leg, the top of the boot hits you in the back then the front every single step and is sooo Annoying. I only put them on and walked a few step on carpet. then did that again. really? really?! no it can't be so. yep they wack you in the legs with every step. I do not have skinny legs, average to wider calf.I so wanted these boots. for JBU fit and comfort and for color.just don't work for me. hope this helps.
This is exactly what I wanted for a very specific need. I have a new puppy and live in Vermont. I wanted a boot that I could slip on with no hands that would be waterproof and give me a little warmth against going outside briefly in a couple inches of snow. These are perfect for what I was looking for! And a great value for the price. Yes, they run large! My average shoe size is a 9 (and sometimes 10 in boots). I have these in 8.5 … and if I were wearing them to walk around in, I could probably even go down to an 8. The 8.5 is still loose enough to slip on hands free, which is what I was going for. Love these!
They are comfortable to wear and I love the lining in the boots. Definitely keeps my feet warm and dry. They are my go to footwear this winter 💜
