The Eric Michael Laguna Boot excels in both form and function. The use of high-quality leather guarantees that your investment will withstand the test of time while still looking fashionable. One of the standout features is the comfort level these boots provide; however, it is crucial to heed the brand's advice on sizing. Most customers have found that ordering 1.5 sizes larger than their usual size leads to the best fit.
The synthetic sole offers excellent traction, making these boots suitable for various terrains, whether you're strolling through the city or heading out for a casual gathering. Additionally, the fact that they are machine washable adds to their practicality, allowing you to keep them looking fresh with minimal effort.
In terms of styling, the Eric Michael Laguna Boot can easily transition from day to night attire. Pair them with jeans for a laid-back look or dress them up with a chic skirt or dress for a night out. The sleek black finish complements any wardrobe, making them a staple piece.

I literally just got these this morning and my initial reaction is that I love them. The leather is soft and beautiful. The liner isn’t quite fur but is definitely a little thicker so they might be too warm for the spring/summer months. I’m usually a 7 in boots and ordered the 6.5/7 and they fit perfectly, though they do seem a little narrow. I have narrow feet so it’s fine with me but it’s something to keep in mind. I’m assuming, being leather, they will stretch a little with time. I haven’t worn them long enough to see how comfortable they are but my first impression is that they fit nicely and feel good on my feet.
I wear a 9.5 or 10. After reading reviews stating that these boots ran small I decided to order a 10. Initially they were a little tight through the toes, however the leather gave very quickly, and they are super comfy now. They are a perfect fit. Perhaps this will sound strange... I am in the middle of moving so I have not been able to see these boots in a mirror, however, looking down they look cute, and the hubby says they look cute (and his opinion can be trusted the majority of the time). They don't have a lot of support, and the soul of the boot isn't substantial, so if you are looking for something more beefy these boots may not be for you. Despite lack of support, I find them quite comfortable.
Pros: I really like the way these boots look on and that largely why I gave them four stars. They are a nice height-- not too high, not too short and as others have pointed out, they are a good style to wear with skinny jeans or leggings. They are a nice neutral dark brown more of a dark taupe rather than a warm brown.Cons: My experience is that these boots run small. I normally wear a size 8 (B to C width depending on the brand). I originally ordered size 38 which supposedly corresponds to a US 7.5 - 8 M) The 38 was way too tight/short for my size 8 feet, though they might work if you are a 7.5 I returned the 38s and ordered the size 39 which are much more comfortable. Although they are a little roomy, with socks they are comfortable enough to wear all day, and they don't look huge on my feet. One last observation: These are not designed to be winter weather boots. They have smooth soles and won't be much help with traction if you have to deal with ice and snow, also, I don't think they are waterproof.
The boots are great looking and can be comfortable just like everyone else says. The sizing runs a half a size small. I bought them a half size larger and they are still too tight. The vendor I ordered them from took forever to deliver them, about four or five weeks. when the boots finally arrived it wasn't cold out anymore. I wore them around the house to see if they would loosen up; they didn't. I found the grey ones locally and tried on a size 39 which fit a while lot better. I asked the vendor for an exchange from 38 to 39. Mind you I'm a size 7.5 with a high instep. the vendor wouldn't exchange them for a half size larger since I wore them in the house. When did that become unacceptable? Anybody interested in buying a size 38 in Black is welcome to them for a decent price. If I could give the vendor, DNA Footwear, no stars, I would.
Beyond happy! These turned out to be a classy little boot. After waiting a year to purchase, the boots exceeded my expectations, as the picture does not quite do the product justice. On-line, these appear to be a bit on the clunky-side, but ordered them anyway based on the color. Overall comfortable - the lining is somewhat plush, they slip on very easily, accommodated my somewhat high in-step and then there is the foot bed -- fabulous! Treat yourself to some red happy feet!!
I guess I should've read the description better but when I received the shoes they were not like what the photo shows. The shoes looked cheap like pleather. If I hadn't spent $150 on it then I would've expected it but for that cost I was expecting real leather. The shoes material however was soft, on the outside and inside. And the sole of the shoes seemed like durable rubber.
This shoe looks well-made and fits nicely, but the gray leather on the boot shaft looks totally fake. I'm not convinced it's real leather. The boots were too expensive to look this fake, so I am returning them. I have narrow feet and wear a 39 EU in most shoes and boots, and I bought the 39 EU in these and they were a little short and fit snugly width-wise in thin socks.
These boots are magnificent. I just received them yesterday and was so excited to wear them today and received many compliments. I bought them in brown, which is a gorgeous neutral color that compliments every shade of leggings and denim skinny jeans. I wear a size 6 in boots and the 5.5-6 M fit perfectly with no breaking in needed. The fabulously soft leather by itself is amazing, but they also have a warm, super soft lining that’s dyed to match the leather and a cushioned insole for outstanding support and comfort. I’ve been looking for the perfect mid-calf boots since this time last year and these are exactly what I wanted. Riding boots are nice to wear every now and then but I love mid-calf boots because they make my legs look even longer. They have a classy built-in slouch that’s subtle with no sagging, and they hug my lower calf with no gaps. They also have just the right amount of hardware with a refined, matte luster. I’m extremely happy with this purchase and highly recommend them. I’m positive that every woman who buys a pair will buy at least a second in a different color; I think I’ll buy them in black as well. I could happily wear these boots every day – thanks, Amazon!
