The boots arrived quickly and they are so comfortable! These are great quality shoes and very easy to put on. I like leather shoes, boots and they are perfect for the northwest weather, ready anytime for any drizzle or rain. And they look nice on the feet. It's a good investment in the comfort of my feet, for every day walk to work or anywhere. :)
These boots are perfect for my feet. Ordered a size 39 which is a US 8-8.5. My size is normally size 8 and they fit just right. If you wear a 1/2 size you might want to go to the next size up. This boot features a zipper on both sides, which makes it easy to slip on and off plus wear without socks binding your toes. Also if this is your first Echo, you might want to wear for awhile, as they leather and insole will mold to your foot. At first the arch support does not feel adequate, but will eventually shape to your foot. For those who want more arch support, the insole padding is removable so you can use a custom insert. Comfortable and attractive for a functional winter boot.
Good quality. To wide
This is a perfect winter travel boot. It was comfortable right away (no break in necessary). Walked 10-12 miles a day thru European capital in late winter, often rainy and fine. Would have been okay in snow. Dressy enough to wear w good pants and in a pinch w black tights and skirt so good for minimalist travel. The goretex keeps our water (stepped in puddles). Breathable and not too hot tho I wd not wear in summer as goretex runs warm. Better for sightseeing than clunky hiking boots or running shoes and almost as comfortable. Plus, you blend in better in these.
I like to review something after I have them a while. I finally wore these-- they are an ankle version of an Ecco knee boot I bought a few years ago and was looking for. I had to adjust sizes since I wasn't able to find the box for my other boots and couldn't find size. The size I ended up with was as expected. I like to allow for socks. Ultra comfortable for my difficult feet. Perfect in the rain, not so warm that they would be uncomfortable if its a bit warm, but warm enough. I am saving the box of these as I might get another pair. I have worn them many times this past winter/spring and they have become my go to boots.
Amazing quality. Picture does not do the justice. Comfy, stylish and very elegant.
-comfortable out of the box-can be worn comfortably all day, morning to night-warm-waterproof-flexible soles-can be dressed up or down-great for wide feet
This style was too wide and floppy for my narrow feet. They will be returned
