When you slip into the Dr. Martens Women's 1460 Vonda Mono Boot, you'll immediately appreciate the comfort that comes from its softy T leather. The supple material molds to your foot, making it suitable for daily wear or special occasions. The design truly stands out with its tonal embroidered flowers, which bring a modern twist to the classic Dr. Martens aesthetic.
In terms of durability, the boot retains all of the essential characteristics expected from Dr. Martens. The air-cushioned sole not only provides comfort but is also designed to withstand rough conditions, featuring excellent slip and abrasion resistance. Maintenance is straightforward; simply wipe with a damp cloth and apply Dr. Martens Shoe Polish when needed, preserving both the look and feel of the leather.
However, potential buyers should be aware that, like many Dr. Martens boots, the breaking-in period can be longer than anticipated. Users report some initial discomfort until the leather softens. Additionally, if you're someone who prefers a broader color palette, the limited options available with this model may feel restrictive.

These boots are really nice! I am a size 6 and they fit perfect. They are well made a very comfortable.
I love these Doc Marten boots! They were comfortable on the first day of wear--no breaking in time needed. I stay on my feet a lot and my feet are not tired by the end of the day when I wear them. Plus, they are adorable, and I love the rose stitching on them. Would definitely buy again and highly recommend!
These are comfortable and absolutely beautiful. I love the elegance of the monochrome embroidery-- everything I loved about Docs in the 90s and more.
Superb quality. True to size. They didn’t take but a day to break in. Very comfortable. Highly recommend.
Fit perfectly. Good quality
I usually buy a 6.5 in boots to wear think socks with but I’m always a 6 otherwise so that’s what I went with. They are tight to being with but are slowly and painfully breaking in. Hopefully they will be realllly comfy down the road. I can’t wear thick socks with them or they will be too tight.
I wear a women’s 8.5 or 9, and the sizing is always tricky in Docs because there are no half sizes. I had recently purchased a 9 in another style and they were WAY too big, so I got these in the 8. I love the look, quality, stitching , embroidery, and style but the stiffness is taking FOREVER to break in. I’ve tried different methods of stretching, thicknesses of socks, moleskin, bandaids on the heels. After almost two months they are gradually loosening up to fit, and I like how they look with both dresses and pants, but the advertised “soft” leather is NOT soft at all.
I love these boots. Classic style with a feminine touch of flowers on the sides.
