I like the comfort, lightness of the boot. I can go use them around the yard, they are lightweight which is the best feature, very comfortable! Excellent boot.
These boots are not leather - but I already knew that, I wanted proper gardening boots, short, as I already have Wellington type high boots. This is the best quality I've ever purchased and I've been gardening for over 30 years. Trust me, those cheaper $25 ones last about 2 years before they disintegrate. Also, one should consider comfort which is an important factor in digging and just mucking about in the dirt. I have a lot of Dansko sandals so had a feeling these boots would be quality. You would not want leather for garden boots - just want to hose them down when dirty. They are so pretty; would make great rain boots.
Size down, I wear a size 10, but a 9 is a perfect.

These are more of a garden shoe. The description states that they are leather which they are not. That said, they are decently comfortable and ideal for gardening but I do not see these as a walking shoe or any other purpose.
I usually wear a 38 in Danska's but I ordered a 37 (6.5-7) in these. There is room in the toe and heel region but they don't slip. They are rubber and very light. They look better on then off. I got these for when I have to run the dog outside and I don't have to worry about stepping in the wet muddy grass. They perform like a champ. I can quickly wash them off. 5 stars Danska- these are a win.
I’ve been wearing Danskos for more than 20 years and have owned upward of 40 pair of various styles with zero complaints. These boots are the worst shoes (not just danskos!) that I’ve ever purchased.Pros: They look fantastic in the online photos, the dark green color is nice in person, and the footbed is actually comfortable (but you need more than a footbed to make a shoe).Cons: they are some cheap weird plastic (???) material that feels like it will turn brittle pretty quickly; they weigh next to nothing; whatever the material is it doesn’t feel substantial and it isn’t supportive; I had hoped to wear these for rainy-day barn work. They are not made for that or anything else requiring a substantial boot/shoe. I’m used to danskos lasting for YEARS and there’s absolutely NO WAY these things will hold up for any length of time.I returned them and DO NOT recommend them.
Great rain boots. Very waterproof. Easy to get on and off. Light weight too!
