I read the good and bad reviews before trying them and the bad ones were 100% spot on. There is nothing about these shoes that provide cushion or give. I bought one pair because I wore them for a day. I tried two more before I bought and those are going right back and I will be exchanging these for Aerosoles or something that I can stand on my feet and on concrete all day. Cole Haan they are beautiful but a pair of bricks taped to my feet would be more forgiving and comfortable.
I'm normally a 10.5 in cole haan, but bought the 10, and it fits perfectly! Just enough heel to look dressy, but comfortable for all day wear. Absolutely love these boots.

I have worn Cole Hahn before an know they run small but couldn't even get my heel in boot. Great quality but has to return.
