I love these. I give them hard use. I sprayed Scotchguard on them to waterproof them and now I wear them outside to do all kinds of tough things like hiking and gardening and exploring Washington state. They seem to be holding up well. I let them dry off between wearings, and I brush off the dried mud with a brush, then I just put them back on and go out again. I haven't had any problems.Remember, suede boots stretch. If they feel snug when you first put them on, then they will probably feel great in a couple hours. So you want them to fit snugly at first. The first day I wore knee-hi nylons, but now I wear the boots with regular socks and they feel great.I like ankle boots because they are easy to slip on and off, they don't cut into your calves, and they look great under boot-cut pants.
I love these boots! I knew that Chinese Laundry run small so I sized up one size and they fit perfectly! They are a little bit narrow but I’ve only worn them 3 times and they have already stretched out a bit. Quite comfy actually! Definitely recommend!
my feet run just slightly wide and i use inserts, so these are a little tight on me. i expect them them to stretch slightly over time. they are not plush or padded in any way, so if you’ve got foot pain, i suggest adding an insert. these are cute in person!
Fell in love with a $680 boot. Searched Amazon for something close and found this boot. Very similar and guilt free. Comfortable, fashionable and highly recommend
I bought these boots a little big, so I can wear thick socks. Typically I wear a 9.5W and I bought a size 10. They are definitely wide and roomy, and comfortable to wear with thick wool socks. The overall quality is OK for the price. The suede is nice. There is no cushioning at all and the inside seam at the back of the heal on one foot came a bit loose after the first time wearing. I won't return them, only because I was not expecting these boots to be better than they are. The style is very cute and look good with skinny jeans or leggings.
When I first put them on, the right boot was a bit tight, but after a few times wearing it, both boots fit fine. They're comfortable and easy to walk in. I'd buy another pair.
I just got these boots about 1 year ago today. At first, I did love them - they fit fine and I always got compliments on how cute they were. I wore them today and noticed that the leather had ripped. I'm a teacher in Hawaii, so I haven't worn them much (about 15-20 times total during our "cold" season) and have only used them while walking around at school or going shopping, etc (I have never worn them while going hiking or doing any rough outdoor activity). I've taken good care of my boots and store them in a container in my closet. In my pictures below, you can see that they were barely used, even the sole was still in good condition. That being said, I really had hoped that the boots would have lasted longer than they did. They weren't really expensive, so I guess you get what you pay for in terms of quality. I would like to get another one cuz it's so dang cute, but I don't want to be replacing them every year.
Bought to work in florida forest. Thick soles to protect feet with superior comfort. But if your going to wear with shorts you got to look stylish and girlie. Love these boots. Now looking for this brand for all shoes. Buying more of these too
