When it comes to selecting a winter boot, comfort and functionality are key, and the BEARPAW Women's Bethany does not disappoint. Firstly, let’s talk about comfort. The combination of the sheepskin footbed and wool blend lining makes this boot feel like a hug for your feet. Whether you're running errands or taking a walk in the park, the cushioned support is sure to keep your feet happy.
Next is durability. Constructed with a nylon/PU upper and TPR rubber outsole, these boots are designed to withstand the rigors of winter weather. The waterproof construction means you won’t have to worry about puddles or slush ruining your day out. The added traction on the rubber outsole gives you confidence on slippery surfaces, which is a huge plus during those icy months.
Style-wise, the quilted design adds a modern touch, allowing you to pair these boots with everything from jeans to winter dresses. The adjustable bungee lace and toggle ensure a personalized fit, which is essential when dealing with bulky socks or when layering for colder temperatures.
However, it's worth noting that some customers have reported that the sizing tends to run small. It might be wise to order a half size up or check the brand’s sizing recommendations before purchasing. Additionally, while the boot offers great insulation, a break-in period may be required to achieve optimal comfort.
In summary, if you’re looking for a versatile winter boot that doesn’t compromise on style, warmth, or durability, the BEARPAW Women's Bethany Winter Boot is certainly worth considering. It strikes a balance between practicality and aesthetics, making it a fantastic addition to any winter wardrobe.

These boots were so comfortable very stylish, and I wish that I can find them again. I’m gonna look on the website to see if they have them in stock, but these were the most comfortable warm and stylish boots that I had in the very long time.
I love the boots they are warm - very comfortable and the best part waterproof. With our crazy Washington weather I was looking for a pair of boots that would be warm - yet keep my feet dry. When you first put your foot in the top of the boot the opening is small. After you get your foot into the boot it fits great and the size I ordered was the same as any other shoe I wear. If you have a wide foot I could see the opening being an issue. If you are looking for a overall waterproof comfortable boot that is cute - you have found it!
I own another pair of Bearpaw boots that are taller and I really like them, but was looking for a shorter pair and came across these. I bought them without reading the reviews. They arrived today and were packaged well. I got them in the Black/Grey color. They are very cute! The inside is soft and, if like my other pair of Bearpaw boots, I know will keep my feet warm in these Wisconsin winters we have. The only thing I DON'T like is how difficult they are to put on. The opening to put your foot into is VERY narrow and there is no stretch at all, not even a loop to grab onto. Once I finally got them on, they were surprisingly not tight at all. I would say these run true to size, I'll even be able to wear thick socks with mine. Hopefully the opening will stretch out some with normal wear so putting them on won't be so difficult (if I had to put these on in a hurry there would be NO way! Haha) Overall though, I'm satisfied with my purchase. Contemplating purchases in other colors.
I really love this pair of boots, I wear it out when it rains and it definitely keeps my feet really warm. I have really small feet, size 5 and they're really wide. When I buy shoes I usually want a really small shoe sometimes I buy kids shoes and this was a perfect snug fit. For those who have bigger size than mine, I would recommend maybe a half size bigger or so because the fur lining does take up some of your space inside the shoe. Also, since the lining is thick, I would recommend a thin sock when you wear this because it gets really warm inside the shoe and the lining takes up space. I usually wear ankle length or no show socks with these. I haven't used this on snow yet but I'm pretty sure that these will keep you dry and warm because I used it on a really puddly and heavy rain. I would recommend this to friends and family!
These boots are very cute and comfortable. I don't like bulky looking boots. I was worried that they would be to small. I am a size 9 and I tried a taller pair on in a 9 and my toe just barely touched the end. I don't like that. I ordered these in two different colors in a size 9. The seller offered free shipping, so I took a chance. They fit perfectly! I have a pair of Totes and the arches of my feet would start hurting after a couple of hours and keep hurting after I took them off. I wore these for 5 hours and they didn't hurt a bit!
I sized up a 1/2 size because I was worried about how the boots would fit with thick socks. They fit perfectly! Though, I didn't even need to wear thick socks. The lining on the inside kept my feet warm. I wore these boots for 9 hours straight and didn't have one problem with them. My feet were warm the entire time and never started to hurt once. The tread on the bottom was also helpful on a small hike I went on through compacted snow. I wish I would have bought these sooner to replace the other winter boots I had been wearing!
I LOVE these boots!!! I own and manage a horse farm in Michigan and I NEED boots to keep my feet warm and dry. I also need affordable (did I mention I have horses? Ha!). These boots have checked all the boxes and have so far held up to daily farm chores and kept my feet warm and dry in wet, mud, snow, and cold. I am normally a 7.5 but ordered up to an 8 and they are perfect. I have no issues sliding them on.Thank you for a great winter boot that didn’t break the bank!!!
These are cute and color is just as pictured—I ordered the navy/hickory, size 8. I found they fit true to size, maybe a bit on the smaller side but sizing up would make them too big and these are fine as they are. The wool is warm so a thick sock would make them hot anyways. They are really difficult to put on, as others have stated. But that’s because there isn’t a “tongue” to lace in, it’s just a sleeve you tighten. I have a wide foot but these aren’t impossible to put on, just takes some patience and pulling/tugging—they’re cute enough it’s worth the effort! I do agree that a tab or loop on the back would soooo help to put these on—maybe the manufacturers would read this? Anyhoo—nice boot, great price, not at all cheap looking, and I’m a picky 40 year old who hates junk from China :)
