Versatile style with a dress, skirt or pants. I like the low skinny heel on these which seems hard to find on a boot these days. That makes it work to dress up or down versus a chunky heel. The foot bed is comfortable. I got the black and they're a stiff synthetic material. I don't think this would be comfortable around my ankles if I was walking around all day but it's fine if you're not. The synthetic is great for a cold wet climate because it doesn't get damaged or stained from rock-salt.
